The subconscious 3 things you should know
Let’s talk about the powerhouse within us all: the subconscious mind. It’s the silent force behind much of what we do
Our subconscious is responsible for a significant part of our body and our lives. From regulating heart activity to controlling our breath and many other vital functions…
And also,
For all the actions of the mind that shape our daily lives!
Therefore, our approach to the subconscious should be appropriate
Our approach should be accurate and precise
If you want something to manifest in your life, whether it’s a goal, a dream, or a desired outcome, tapping into your subconscious is key
Treat it as your personal wish-fulfilling genie! Yes Really😇
I firmly believe that understanding and harnessing the power of the subconscious can transform lives for the better.
Today, I want to share with you 3- game-changing tips to help you make the most of this incredible resource that can really transform your life!
1# Your subconscious doesn't know the word “NO"
This might come to you as a shock, or maybe you’ve heard it before…
Your subconscious doesn’t understand the word “NO”!
Meaning:
When you tell yourself things with “no” in them, like:
“I not going to fail this time.”
“I won’t be sad today.”
“I won’t let this slip away from me again.”
“I won’t let this happen again,” and similar phrases…
You think you’re wishing for good things to happen to you. But in reality, your subconscious (the part of you that ‘takes responsibility’ for helping you achieve what you want) reads these sentences excluding the “no.”
“I will fail this time.”
“I want to be sad today,” and so on…
Your subconscious will do everything to reach your ‘goal, and you’ll feel like you achieved the exact opposite of what you wanted.
Therefore,
To help your subconscious understand your goal correctly and actually help you get to where you want to be, you need to talk to it in its own language!
(This applies whether you speak) these things out loud or just say them in your head – it registers the same in your subconscious.)
Just say it positively! and then all that’s left is to simply tell it what you do want!
But here’s the catch,
To really get it to do what you want, there’s one more thing you should know👇🏻
#2 Be precise
Now that you’re starting to speak to your subconscious in its own language, it’s crucial to understand just how precise it needs to be!😀
Think of it like using WAZE. If you type “Jerusalem,” it will take you somewhere in the city, but not to the exact address unless you specify it.
Our subconscious works the same way. If you say, “I want success” or “I want love,” it will bring you something that could be considered success or love, but not exactly what you need.
Be specific about your desires, goals, and wishes. Tell your subconscious exactly what you want in detailed and precise terms!

Imagination #3
An amazing thing about our subconscious is how it responds to imagination.
Your subconscious doesn’t distinguish between reality and imagination. For example, if you watch a scary movie, and suddenly you express fear throughout your body even though you know it’s not real. Why? Because your imagination is invested in the movie, and your subconscious reads “fear” and sends that feeling to your body. There’s nothing actually scary happening, but you still feel scared.
The same goes for past events. When you recall a situation in your mind, your subconscious treats it like it’s happening now and sends the same feelings to your body as if it’s happening again. This is called situational duplication.
When you learn to use this to your advantage, you can take a positive, empowering situation and re-play it in your mind repeatedly. Your subconscious will think you’ve experienced it many times and will send those positive feelings to your body, influencing your behavior as a result.
You can even imagine things that have never happened. As soon as you imagine them, your subconscious will ‘understand’ you’ve had that experience and will lead you to the corresponding feelings and behavior. So, every thought or ‘movie’ you play in your head, your. subconscious will treat it as real. Make your thoughts and imagination as precise as possible down to the feelings you have, what the place looks like, and even the smells and tastes.
Know this! 😀
If you only imagine all day but don’t take real action, you won’t truly achieve what you want. Click here for a post on On ‘Goal Setting’ for Your Actions. to take action
On the flip side, if you only take actions without working on your imagination, thoughts, and subconscious, you won’t fully reach your goals, desires, and dreams!
So, I totally invite you to start combining both approaches accurately, using all the amazing info I’ve shared here in this post.
Slowly, you’ll start seeing your dreams and fortune come your way. 😍
Even if you implement just one part of this, you’ll start seeing results. But if you apply all of it, even to just one area of your life, you’ll see huge changes!
This truly changed my life, and I’m sure you’ll experience the same! 🤗🤍
