here are 15 Essential Questions to Identify Your Ideal Customer 👇🏻
Before You Start Answering the Questions:
Who are the people I naturally feel connected to in reality?
Are the People I Connect with in Real Life the Same as those I enjoy working with?
Are there any qualities I prefer my clients to have?
(If I’ve worked with clients before, or even if I haven’t, based on my intuition) – What special qualities do the clients I feel most comfortable working with have?
Based on the tools and resources I currently have, which people can I genuinely help and meet their needs?
Which people genuinely require my service or product? What are they lacking that I can provide?
What significant challenges/ problems are they dealing with?
What concern or fear frustrates my client the most?
Identify at least three core values of your ideal client. What are their beliefs and guiding opinions in life?
Describe the types of things that attract your ideal client. Consider hobbies, interests, and lifestyle choices.
Identify key demographics such as age, gender, status, location, occupation, income, and education.
Use these questions to help:
When do they wake up? What’s the first thing they do in the morning? What do they enjoy or dislike about their routine? Do they take breaks for meals, relaxation, or socializing? How does their routine differ between weekdays and weekends? Where do they feel most comfortable and relaxed? What energizes or drains them? Are they a morning or night person? When do they go to bed? What’s important for them to do before ending their day?
What are their priorities? (e.g., quality, quality of life, money, costs, personal connections)
What are their goals, aspirations, and desired achievements?
What do they lack to achieve these goals? (e.g., courage, direction, self-confidence, knowledge, precision, tools, resources, specific physical aids)
What is their “dream”? How can I help them achieve it with my service or product?

Note that if you offer multiple services, each service might have a different or unique ideal client profile.
If that’s the case, I recommend reviewing this series of questions for each service individually.
